Travel is necessary aspect of life

Dear Readers, We all are humans and love to see the new and very different kind of things in life, some are don't like to travel but enjoying life after watching videos, TV, playing games etc .. but few of the population around the world is travel lovers ... i am also a big lover of travel .. i have suffered many difficulties while traveling around India, therefore i came up with a beautiful book where i have captured almost all the beautiful places of India, and nearest bus stop, railway station, airports and metro stations also, you can easily reach to the destination by simply reading the book, it is published into kindle and available in amazon, you can by it from amazon or just click here India Tourism.


Here you increase the mental power and work capacity for at least next 2 months of the travel date, you will remember the moments and scenes always which spreads smile in your face, Travel includes the feelings which comes from experience, it cannot explained in words.


We gets great courage and strength to start the work from scratch. Therefore my suggestion is do work hard till the long time and then take leave fir the week and plan to travel outside

to buy it. Friends now we have to know that the benefits of traveling , after a long work or spending months in office to work we are taking a brake and book ticket to see the natures beauty.. following are few benefits we are getting:

    1. Feeling Stress Free

    2. Being Completely Fresh

    3. Erasing everything from mind about the work

        and boss or any people you don't want to face.

    4. You Feels Energetic and motivated.



Life is very small and have no mean if we do not move it into the desire direction, with every seconds we are being old, and walking towards end of life, therefore never forget to be energetic and excitement always, fill the life with joy and distribute the happiness to everyone.


Travel alone gives us limitless happiness and experience of life. in India alone large number of good places to travel, i have captured some of them including the location, nearest metro/railway/Bus stations and airports, link is given below in the name of "India Tourism".



World is full of knowledge and amazing amazing creatures, scenes, nature's looks.... birds, animals, trees, rivers, festival s, culture, language, rituals... huge huge excitements are available around the world, only the art required to face them and to enjoy them all.


As a software engineer i am seeing that almost all IT professionals lives life like a working insects, 10 to 13 hours job from Monday to Friday and in weekend they did the work at home, they do not have the time to live the life for self and family, they hardly plan travel once in the year or even not, according to me such kind of life does not have meaning.


Hence never live the life for others, this is your life and live like pro, never get inside other's box, try nobody bounds you in any thread.


If you are in any kind of stress or suffering with any mental issues or stressful working schedules then take leave and plan your travel and enjoy the moment as much you can, during this leave period think that this is time you have for enjoyment.

Self Discussion

Self Discussion .....!!! it sounds strange .. it is something like crazy, how a man can talk to to self, what the other people will think to look him, he will get a bad fame ..bla bla ....!

But dear readers, there are the ways through which we can talk to self, we can easily raise questions to self, but before proceeding ahead we have to know that why talking to self is required, what is the importance of it in the life .... following are few points which directly says i.e talk to yourself :--

1). Self Motivation

2). Understand something

3). Teach to self

4). Release stress

       * Release stress may happen by any kind of way, such as:

             a).   If you are frustrated, then simply encourage yourself, give good feeling to self, say that

                    all the things are running very fine, everything would be cool and fantastic, no need to

                    worry.. using any kind of words, sentences... just feed to yourself .. and i beleive you

                    would be stress free ...

             b). is your stress belongs to any person ...? just start abusing him ... you would be stress free

                  .. here no need any friend or second person for this case ..

5). Memorize :
          if you learned something or you saw/hear/smell something.. keep memorize .. explain it in

          your memory in words, just look surrounds related to the scene or event inside your

          memory ,, try to make some virtual scene or kind of video inside the memory ... i am 100%

          sure that particular memory would be the part of your permanent memory for forever... you

          will never forget it ..

6).  Maintain a Good relation with all:

          If you are running with the bad relation with someone, just analyze the matters, talks into

          your memory and keep questioning to self and find the answers of that, try to make

          positive  and healthy talk with self, move the conversation towards positive direction and

          try to find your faults and other's situation ... and excuse to self .... do promise to yourself

          something if require ...


7). Increase Memory Power:

       It is very true, that if you discuss with yourself then you are forcing your mind to do

          some work, you continue thinking on some subject, here we are running our brain,

          and brain's part is being completely active, this process makes the brain very very

          healthy and powerful, the process makes the

          brain unbeatable, after a long time exercise you will start feeling that you are able to

          store more and more

          information in the brain and like earlier you are not forgetting the things now, hence

          the power of brain or  memory increases due to this exercise..


for anything, any kind of problem related to your personal life or professional life .. just talk to yourself first ... try to get the solution from yourself first ... if you are not succeed to get the query resolved then only look for any other person to solve your issue, but my suggestions is ... first talk to yourself, at least personal life related issue are needed to validated first from inside your ..and then require to disclose it to others ...



Now here is the question ... How to talk self ? do we have to create any environment for this ...? what kind of situation needed to create for this activity ..? etc ...

all are the good questions .. and having only one answer .. i.e "Be Alone", "Be quite", "Keep talking in mind", "visualize the thinking inside the mind".. etc ..


You can see in the picture .. the monkey is looking to himself in the mirror, this is only the aspect of self talking which i am trying to explain ... look inside ...


The Buddha Said :

     “You, yourself, as much as anyone in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”



We should love ourselves .. we should care ourselves .. therefore we are our best friend .. and friend always shares their moments ... at least once in the day ..


If we really need a sharp mind, unforgettable memory, outstanding courage to fight with the problems .. we must have to do the two things :

   1). live at least 30 minutes alone

   2). be completely silent and have self conversation

please read my previous blogs also regarding "adding timestamp with your activity", it is also very necessary ... for next day we should have a plan today only at the time of before sleeping in night .. and add a time tag with those activities..


Now i am expecting that you will have a healthy discussion with yourself and never forget to discuss with you always before taking help of others, guys it is also very important to keep in mind...i.e .. third person can use your words for fun .. and your personal life would be just the matter of fun and enjoyment for others ... therefore it is very serious matter .. therefore always be careful and in sense that what kind of subject you are going to discuss with third person ... always remember my suggestion ..i.e talk to yourself firs .. discuss with yourself first ... try to share your problems with yourself first ... if you have more serious problem and you really want to say someone then just leave your comment to my mail id i.e jeetendranathjha@gmail.com .... i am always available to reply with my best ....

Once More

Once more, it is a very powerful word if it is attached with try, guys we can say "try once more" .. we are very hardworking and curious people, it is very usual that we stucks somewhere in middle, we tried our best to get the work done but it seems like a unknown tie thats we feel like impossible to solve, then only the hope remains over the moment, guys this is the time you should think and motivate to yourselve , just close your eye and say "once more", "try one more time", and start thinking again from scratch or you can take rest for few minutes.

Once more is majorly used for motivation perspective only, it flows an energy throughout the body.

I almost every time facing such kind of issue while writing, i feel like the story is done, there is nothing to write in such context or more on it, i feel like done, then i remembers this keyword, i close my eyes and usually say to myself i.e "Once more", it acutally starts a new process in mind to rethink over the subject, it is practically proven that the rethink always generates few idear or facts, our mind's capability is outstanding, we are still stranger with it's power and capacity, hence rethink & rethink on the subject and your problem will get solved automatically even in dream.

There was a famouns Indian mathematician "Srinivasa Ramanujan", he solves many problems in their dreams and he was getting new ideas & theories in the dreams, therefore our powerful mind is very hardworking and smart therefore only we have to keep the mind busy in some fruitful task, after that we donot have to care about that, our mind will automatically solve the problem or gives the solution, just keep thinking & rethinking over and over again but remember overthinking is a big desease, never be the victim of overthinking, now you have 3 point:

        1. Re-thinking

        2. keep thinking

        3. over thinking

in all above points all are the differrent words and has completely defferent meaning, in first point i focused "Re-Thinking" it means if we think something like a "Why Modi government is good ?", we gets some idea or thoughts from our mind, after few minutes again i started thinking from starting i.e "Why Modi government is good ? ".... it is known as re-thinking, here we starts always from start.

In second point i focused i.e keep thinking, here i tried to say that don't start from scratch, suppose i initiated a questions to myself i.e "Why Modi government is not good ??", my mind started thinking on it, and i am keep thinking to find more and more results, i am still trying to get the more and more facts against Modi government, after many hours i still not stopped the thinking... next day again started thinking from the middle only after the facts which collected from last time .. here is the difference ... we donot have the result yet.. it results the over thinking ..

Over thinking is such kind of state of mind where mind goes into a loop where we donot have the control to stop our mind, mind is continuously thinking and thinking even in sleep also, in such case if we tried to sleep our mind does not gets into the sleep mode and it does not gets stop.



So Guys, thinking is a very good process to get your work done in a highest quality but be safe from "over thinking" .



My motive is to motivate my all readers to get succeed in all stage of life, you all finds the way by processing the questions & problems in your mind.

Peace of mind
Our mind will work faster and smoother if we provides peace also, yes friends it is true, if we provides peace to mind then only our mind will function smoother and excellently fast.

We all are not born intelligent, and we have a huge differrence from our colleague, friends and neighbours, etc .. we have a large variation compare to other's mind capacity, learning capacity and functioning capacity, therefore only one fact we have common that is "TRY", this is only the key attribute makes the differrece from all others, always talk to yourself and motivate yourself, be full energetic and say "Just one more time", do once more ...
